Order Tracking & Returns
Order Status If you’ve created an account, please log in and go to ‘my orders’. If it says your order is ‘processing’, we are still packing up your order and it will dispatch soon. If it says ‘complete’ and you have not yet received it, please let us know and we will do our best to locate your package. Courier Status Once your order has left us you will receive an email or text from DPD or Royal Mail with an update and tracking information. Returns
We hope you will be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not completely happy, please return your purchases within 30 days of delivery, in unused condition and complete with packaging, your name and order number within the package. Regrettably, we are unable to exchange goods unless they are returned in unused condition and in their original packaging. Returns and goods ordered in error will be subject to a handling charge of 10% if not returned within 30 days of invoice date. We can’t accept returns of personalised or seconds items, unless there is a fault in the product causing it to be unfit for purpose.
