Figgy's Christmas Pudding

This light and zesty 800 gram pudding is made with fine French brandy, rather than the dark, heavy beers more commonly used. Bramley apples and whole, fresh oranges and lemons give extra juice and zest.

Ingredients: Californian raisins, sultanas, breadcrumbs* (WHEAT flour, water, yeast, salt), carrots, vegetable suet (certified sustainable palm oil, sunflower oil, WHEAT flour), demerara sugar, golden syrup, free-range EGG, Hanlons Port Stout (5%) (BARLEY), UK Bramley apples, Somerset Cider Brandy (4%), glace cherries (glucose fructose syrup, sugar), ground ALMONDS, orange juice, lemon juice, chopped ALMONDS, WHEAT flour (contains raising agents), orange zest, lemon zest, spices. *Our breadcrumbs are made in an artisan bakery that also handles soya, mixed nuts, milk, cereals, celery, mustard and sesame.
